down payments, house inspections...oh my!

we bought a house.
been living here for two weeks today.
every day is more awesome than the previous one.
i'm sleeping...actually sleeping for first time in a looooooong time.
i'm starting to forget how crappy living in the apartment was...minus jon and bean being there, suffering with me.
this house stuff is where it's at.
