you say meow, i say weirdos...
i'm not a cat person. i think it's because when i was wee one, we had something that resembled a cat. in my memory he was more like a tiger. he was huge and very mean. he was an outdoor cat, that ate birds and mice. you couldn't pet him anywhere but on the little space between his ears. if you went down the back of his head, you risked losing a digit. his name was meatball and he was fun...when he was outside. he liked to chase stuff. i recall having some string toy thing for him to chase and since the string was long, i felt safe. my other childhood experiences with cats were also somewhat sketchy. randy lynn's cat was the worst. i swear that cat gave me some serious attitude and i felt somewhat inferior when i was at her house. her name was cuddles, oh the irony. that cat wasn't cuddly like sylvia's cats-who were awesome. snowball and snowflake were the shit. i think back and remember them fondly. the pull the tail trick was always a hit. the reason i started this mild rant is because some cat folks are just too kooky, even for me. i do have a few friends who are cat owners and are not insane but i do believe they are not the norm. i found this site and well...yeah...some people do weird things to cats in photos. for some reason it seems alot of people like putting their cats in pots, washers and dryers. i don't get it. i know dog people can be just as nutty but this just strikes me as odd. hmm, i just did a reread of this and man, i must be really bored at work today. hahaha. i'm gonna stop writing and hopefully some of these photos will make up for the boring randomness of this post.

My new (I almost typed "meow") theory is that dogs are like babies and cats are like teens.
When I was a kid, my theory was cats were girls and dogs were boys, so what do I know.
