Improve Body Relationship - Day 3
Last night worked out perfectly. I finished the evening under all of my max totals for cals, carbs, fats, and protein.
Come Saturday morning I'm going to "weigh-in" to see if I'm improving.
Today has started out just as good as yesterday so I'm happy.
